What is Intervieweb?
Intervieweb is a HR management system designed to optimize the process of corporate recruitment,
integrated with a platform for video conferencing/ web-collaboration and a web-recruiting portal - which allows workers and employers to interact in a simple and effective manner.
Thanks to this technology, the recruiting moves entirely on the web, with a considerable saving of time and costs: companies and candidates should only have a computer, a webcam and an Internet connection.
The video conference system allows you to organize interviews as similar as possible to a ‘face-to-face' way, by evaluating aspects of body language that are fundamental on the occasion of a first meeting. On the web platform, managers create job offers, do the screening of candidates, conduct video-interviews, examine, share records of the meetings with colleagues and plan new interviews via web or live.
The application can be personalized and customized for the needs of Universities, Career Services and Employment Agencies.

What are the technical requirements to use the videoconference system?
To access the video conference, you need: a computer, a webcam (integrated or applied to the computer), a microphone (usually integrated in the computer), an Internet connection, headphones with microphone are recommended to ensure better communication, by avoiding background noise.
Finally, to benefit from the
AT&T Connect technology integrated in Intervieweb website, it is necessary to download a small application from our internal restricted area: the application is limited in dimension and, once downloaded, new downloads will not be needed for the subsequent video interviews.

I have a 56K connection, can I use the videoconference service?
The application of video conferencing allows to hold meetings with all bandwidth sizes. The software automatically adapts itself to the level of connection, applying bandwidth saving systems.

Intervieweb is usable and accessible directly via the web; the platform is released to customers as a Software as a Service but, if required, can be installed in House at the customers's premises if requested. Customers will have accounts to be customized, managed in complete autonomy and organized with different levels of access to the functionalities of the application.

If I use Intervieweb, where does my DB of candidates go?
For customers and partners, you can migrate the database of candidate profiles on a dedicated platform, accessible only to the company, connected with the Intervieweb platform itself to be able to enjoy all its features; the data are housed on secure
and monitored servers; you can explore more options of placement and management of data according to the needs of corporate security.

How can I customize Intervieweb?
Intervieweb is customizable both in terms of application functionalities and in terms of graphic design: in order to make the application consistent with the corporate brand identity, you can integrate its functionalities within an existing environment owned by the customer organizations; in addition, it is possible to study the feasibility of more complex customizations with the customers' technical team and implement them to respond to specific needs.
